Dr. Nitin is a Certified Professional Career Analyst. He has been into professional teaching and learning process for more than two and half decades. He has a passion for Academic Counseling, Career Counseling and Professional Counseling. He believes that every person has a good potential by nature. His aim is to guide the youth towards a better future. Dr Nitin is a Chartered Engineer and PhD, MS, B.Tech, PGDPC from renowned institutions  COEP, BITs Pilani, SIU. He has authored books for engineering / management students. He is associated with IEI, PMA, IIIE – Pune Chapter. Dr. Nitin is a well-qualified counselor and guide to the students / professionals in every aspect of academic / career journey. He believes strongly that good plan brings good success and guiding a one student member in the family is as good as making the lives of his/ her entire family better.

Psychologist

Ms. Janhavi is a professional psychologist. Having completed her master’s in psychology, she is a qualified Neurolinguistic Programming practitioner from American Union of NLP. NLP helps in counseling for facilitating growth in behavioral and communication techniques of individuals. She has a great ability to connect with people of all ages. Ms. Janhavi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management which equips her in interpersonal communication and problem solving. She strongly believes that counseling is an important helping tool in today’s world for people, especially students, to connect to their inner self and ultimately reach their full potential.

Ms. Madhavi

Adolescents & Child Counsellor

Ms. Madhavi has experience of over two decades of working with school students. She worked with various schools as a librarian and has helped hundreds of students to find their passion in life through exploring the books. Her interest in continuous learning has always made her connected with children. She graduated in Statistics from Pune University. Later she perused post-graduation in Library and Information Science. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Child and Adolescent Psychology from prestigious Jnana Prabodhini Institute of Psychology, Pune. Ms. Madhavi strongly believes that if helped in showing the right path, each child can achieve extraordinary success in what they do.
